Living life on a chain outside is no life for any animal, especially for an innocent dog. This was the reality for Buster, a dog who was tied to a chain so tightly that the collar cut into his neck. Every day, Buster longed for food and the freedom to run and play like other dogs, but he was never given that chance.
Thankfully, PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment for Animals) found Buster and talked to his owners, who agreed to give him up so PETA could find him a better home. After receiving medical attention for several issues, a much-needed bath, and plenty of love, Buster was ready for a new start.
PETA found a new loving home for Buster, and the moment he met his new mom was captured on video, melting the hearts of all who watched. Now, Buster has a warm and safe place to live, along with plenty of food and exercise. He finally has the life he deserves.
