Matt found two adorable puppies leaning against his fence. The two of them were named Lilly and Mira, but when Matt approached them, Mira ran away, leaving her sister, Lilly, behind. The reason why the dog was unable to follow her sister soon became clear: Lilly was blind. Matt and his partner, Irene, who run a rescue center, were determined to help this special needs pup.

Although it took some time, Lilly slowly came out of her shell thanks to Matt and Irene’s dedication. After two or three weeks, Lilly would run around the yard and wag her tail when Matt and Irene entered the room. However, she still remained withdrawn.

Fortunately, 17 days after he found Lilly, Matt received a call from a neighbor letting them know a dog was living in their barn. To their delight, they found Lilly’s sister living inside. When the dogs saw each other again, the two pups were ecstatic. Matt and Irene were able to find a happy forever home for the two puppies to live together, and Matt said he was just happy these two could be sisters again. This heartwarming story is a testament to the love and care that Matt and Irene provide to dogs in need. >>… RELATED POST: They All Passed By The Hungry, Blind Baby Who Was Pacing Back And Forth While Trembling
