Brady Oliveira, a volunteer with K9 advocates, responded to a call about a stray mama dog and her puppies. They were living on a man’s property. When Brady got there, the mom came out with one puppy. The rescuer assumed that puppy was the only one who survived, but he was in for quite the adventure!
The puppy ran up to Brady and begged him to follow her. She ran further onto the property to a hole beneath a shed. The rest of the litter was living inside. Brady bent down and tried to coax the little ones out, but they were too afraid. Brady said he’d stay there all night if he had to, but those puppies were coming with him!
While coaxing the puppies out with kibble, Brady and another volunteer were able to grab them. There were four puppies in total. He put the mom and her babies in his truck and headed out to meet their foster families. The clever pup saved her siblings’ lives! To see the full rescue, click play on the video below.
