Miri’s Haven Senior Dog Rescue stepped in to provide the care and love Princess needed. Recognizing that a shelter was no place for a fragile senior, they swiftly took her under their wing. Their mission was clear: to rewrite Princess’s story and offer her a chance at a happier final chapter.
Princess’s initial condition revealed she had been well cared for, leaving the rescue puzzled as to why her owner had chosen to abandon her in such a manner. Nonetheless, Princess found safety and comfort in the rescue’s embrace.
In their care, Princess defied the odds with her remarkable recovery and unwavering spirit. The rescue shared heartwarming photos and videos of Princess sporting cozy dog sweaters, showcasing her newfound vitality.
Considering Princess’s medical history, the rescue determined that she would thrive best in a dedicated hospice foster home. Princess is flourishing, surrounded by love and comfort, cherishing whatever time she has left.
