Lewis and Clark Humane Society in Helena, Montana, is one such shelter, known for its commitment to helping dogs find their forever homes.
One dog, Bubba Jr., had a particularly long stay at the shelter, residing there for 93 days. Despite his gentle nature and loving personality, Bubba Jr. faced challenges due to his Pitbull breed, which often carries negative stereotypes and limited housing options.
