Meet Messy and Audi, two dogs residing across the street from each other in Thailand. Audi frequently experiences loneliness when his owners are away at work, and it takes a toll on his spirits. However, Messy’s owner, Oranit Kittragul, recognizes the healing power of friendship and knows that her dog can brighten Audi’s day.
“When he feels lonely and cries, I always ask my dog to see and talk to him,” shared Oranit with The Dodo. “My dog just looks from my fence and sometimes barks at Audi. I don’t know what they are communicating, but he stops crying.”
Over time, Messy and Audi have developed a strong bond, with Messy’s visits serving as a source of comfort for Audi. However, one encounter stands out as particularly special.
One fateful day, Audi’s owner accidentally left the gate unlocked, granting him the freedom to explore. Without hesitation, he made a beeline towards Messy, and the two friends shared an endearing embrace.
Capturing the heartfelt moment on camera, Oranit witnessed the depth of their affection and the genuine bond they had forged through their fence interactions. She decided to share the photos on social media, where they quickly gained viral attention. The world was captivated by this heartwarming display of friendship between the two dogs.
Oranit revealed that although the duo has yet to play together since their newfound fame, she continues to bring Messy over to Audi’s house.
