In a small town in Russia, a solitary elderly woman lived a peaceful life. One day, a group of hunters knocked on her door seeking shelter. They left three pups on her front porch, which she watched over. When the hunters left, they took two of the pups with them and left the weakest behind. The woman found the pup wandering around in her front yard and decided to keep him.
The pup, whom she named Volchok, was raised with love and care by the old lady. Despite his mischievous tendencies, Volchok was fiercely loyal from the beginning, growling instead of barking like most dogs. His mom didn’t mind at all.
However, when Volchok turned a year old, a group of dangerous men began to terrorize the town. The old woman was afraid, especially when the men singled her out and headed towards her home. But Volchok showed his true colors and surprised his mom by protecting her against the dangerous men.
