Kathryn, an ER vet technician, is renowned for her fostering of special needs puppies. When she saw a post about five puppies who needed help, she stepped up to the task. Kathryn had a genius method that involved using blankets to feed the babies all at once, given that they needed to be fed every two hours. She hoped the puppies were healthy enough to go to fosters, but that wasn’t the case.
Kathryn slowly weaned the puppies off their bottles, and when she switched them to syringe feeding, they still desired to suckle. To meet their needs, Kathryn used pacifiers, which they adored a little too much.
It’s now time for the puppies to go to their foster homes, where they will continue to thrive. Kathryn is bittersweet about saying goodbye. She is saddened to see them leave but knows that their forever homes are just around the corner. Watch these precious pups in the video below and share the story with others.
