Lucky, a dog with a malformed face, had a tough life. Born at a puppy factory, he was given away free of charge due to his appearance and was never adopted by a loving family. Lucky was passed around from one owner to another and often neglected, including his most recent family in Austin, Texas, who left him tied to a tree without proper food or shelter.
Fortunately, a post on social media caught the attention of Jamie Hult, who decided to adopt Lucky and provide him with the love and care he deserved. However, Lucky’s condition was dire due to years of mistreatment and neglect. He suffered from malnutrition, fleas, and worms and had never been microchipped. Jamie was determined to help Lucky and spent $8000 on treatment to save his life.
After nursing Lucky back to health, Jamie renamed him Beaux Tox and showered him with love and affection. Beaux Tox is now a carefree and affectionate dog who gets along with other animals, including kittens and baby skunks. This heartwarming adoption story is a reminder that every animal, regardless of its appearance, deserves a chance at a happy life.
