In a heartwarming rescue, a couple stumbled upon a tiny, flea-covered puppy abandoned on the streets. Strangers informed them that this adorable pup had been discarded like trash. Filled with compassion, the couple, named Brady and Alex, decided to take her in, giving her the name “Suki” after the village where they found her.
Brady and Alex, who had a history of animal rescue in Bali, couldn’t ignore the dire situation of strays in the area. After a visit to the vet, they welcomed Suki into their home as temporary foster parents, with plans to find her a loving forever family when she was ready.
Initially, Suki was apprehensive, but it didn’t take long for her to realize that her foster parents were incredible. She even got her spot on their bed, lovingly described by Alex as “from the streets to the sheets.” Suki proved to be a bundle of boundless energy, rarely tiring out. She also enjoyed being part of a trio of puppy companions in the couple’s home. However, when the other pups found their forever homes, Suki was left heartbroken.
