Minneapolis Animal Care and Control staff members were quite surprised when they came into work one morning. The dogs have their own kennels, but one of the residents, Linda, suddenly had a roommate!
Staff decided to review security footage to see what happened. Linda’s doggy neighbor, Brenda, had scaled the wall to be with her. Brenda wanted to be with her doggy sweetheart so badly that nothing- not even a wall – would stop her!
After reviewing the footage and seeing the dogs’ devotion, the staff agreed to keep them in a single kennel. Brenda and Linda are now considered a bonded pair and shelter staff will try to find them a home where they can stay together. This story is proof that love knows no boundaries!
