Andy Cohen, a Pittie mix, found himself at Tift County Animal Shelter in Georgia after his owner could no longer care for him. Alongside three other dogs, Andy arrived at the shelter in November 2023. Leah Robinson, the shelter’s rescue coordinator, described their arrival as heart-wrenching—huddled together, frightened, and Andy, in particular, seemed lost and abandoned.
